Emerald Inspiration - Lush Green and Gold Wedding

In honor of St. Patrick's Day, let's revisit an editorial shoot featuring a palette of green, white, and gold and a bevy of redheads!  The ethereal look featured organic bouquets of ruffly ranunculus, roses, trailing jasmine, eucalyptus, plumosa, and pieris japonica.  We chose mismatched dresses for the girls.  Why not let your bridal party express their personalities, while attending to the overall look and feel?  The "bride" was stunning in her custom Tara Lynn gown.  The Chloe gown is ultra comfortable in supple bamboo jersey and features a stunning open back.  Her crown - a Violette & Iris custom masterpiece.

We set the table on a white linen with a lush foliage runner.  Candelabras, gold flatware, bold napkins, and hunter green vintage upholstered arm chairs completed the look.

Delectables included a gold and ivory layered cake with a jasmine vine accent; and vibrant, fresh appetizers.

The historic setting at The St. Albans Museum and the St. Albans First Congregational Church gave it all a sense of place.

The overall look nodded to a not quite pinpoint-able time and place - the stuff of a good historic novel or movie that still feels completely doable in 2019!

Planning a monochromic color scheme?  Looking to incorporate a little history?  An ethereal vibe?

Be Inspired!
