Love on the Lakeside

Kaitlin + Zach tied the knot in an intimate beach ceremony on the shores of Lake Champlain.  The global pandemic forced them to downsize their event, but the weather rewarded them with a late summer gift of sunshine, warm temperatures, a gentle breeze, and an amazing sunset to seal the deal. 

Kaitlin is my sister-in-law's sister and her family has been part of our family for nearly two decades.  We chatted informally with my nieces all gathered round the dining room table early in the year.  Kaitlin knew what she wanted and left entrusted me with the rest.  Her vision centered around one thing: SUNFLOWERS!  

It was a joy to bring their laid-back summer soiree vision to life in a classic palette of white, yellow, and black - featuring Playa Blanca and Escimo Roses, Sunflowers, and lots of eucalyptus. Right down to those perfect Viking pom flower crowns for my sweet-as-can-be nieces - I think we nailed the details.
